How it Works
Once you type "www.simpletours.com" into your web browser, you are seconds away from ordering your virtual tour...
Select any of the Sign Up links found throughout our website to get started.
Enter your e-mail address and choose a password to establish your client login.
Submit your realtor profile (name, address, etc.) and proceed directly to your client access screen.
From your client access screen, click the “Order Tour” button.
Complete the online tour request, confirm your information and click submit.
We will contact within one business day by phone or e-mail to schedule the photo shoot.
Orders are typically completed within 2 to 3 business days after the photo shoot.
Once your tour is complete, you will receive an e-mail with a hyperlink that can be used to access your tour online.
You can e-mail the link to your clients and add the link to your personal and broker websites.
Easy, step-by-step instructions show you how to access your tour and download the still photos.
You will receive an e-mail invoice for the amount due payable upon receipt prior to receiving your completed tour.
Just click the “Pay Now” button in the e-mail, which will direct you to our accounting website where you can pay online securely with your credit or debit card in one easy step.
Once the invoice has been confirmed paid and your tour processing is complete, your tour will be delivered via email.
You may add a REALTOR.com "Featured Tour" link to your tour at any time. Once selected, we will send you an e-mail invoice for $25, payable upon receipt. When payment is received, we will add the virtual tour link to your REALTOR.com listing.
